Easter has been and gone and we now head into what we all hope will be a long and warm Summer, although with everything that has happened in recent months weather wise we cannot be sure. What has been constant in the local market is the constant demand for good rental property.

Recent lettings and instructions in the wider area have included a really well presented three bedroom house on Turreff Avenue at £595, immaculate three storey town house on the Highlander Drive estate at £795 and a unique three bed cottage in Muxton that just oozes character. With a second office in Wellington we are really starting to see the growth of our market share throughout the Telford and Wrekin Area.
Lettings in and around Newport have seen a near stampede at Beech Close for a well maintained three bed at £675. With eighteen registered parties attending an open house event we were just spoilt for choice from good quality tenants. There has also been some great tenants come forward for properties including a centrally located home on Victoria Park, trendy one bedroom house on Underhill Close and slightly further out a spacious house and annexe in Wheaton Aston at £1,250 per month and family home in Hinstock at £1,195.
